     Okay, let me give you some values used by the "Mafia" that we can use also in our careers and lives. Here are the following:

     Even the Boss must get his hands dirty. Yes, this is one of the most important value. The boss must take his position, just like an alpha male in a pack of wolves. He must make his bones in order to get respect. Sometimes you must whack a guy to get respect or the work done. Your followers will follow if the boss (capo) have initiative.

     Never reveal 100% of anything to anyone. In order to have a foolproof plan you must mystify your men. Remember to make the part of your plan known to your men because they will not follow your orders if they don't know a thing. It is very dangerous if one of your men is involved in all of your work. Secrecy and subtleness is important to any famigllia. You will know who is your stool pigeon, so be careful-- this is one of the measure.

     The best way to dodge an enemy's bullet is by never being in a position where he can hit you. As far as I remember Sun Tzu say this things too in his book "Art of War". The result of this is impregnable defense. You can do it by getting reliable information of your enemy (read Art of War for more details).

     Have a priest on call if you choose to be careless. Carelessness is for fools. A wise man is called wise because he is cautious and make every effort not to be careless (like Don Vito Corleone). Being cunning and careful is a trait of a Man of Honor in Societa Onorata. Plan carefully and have a good reliable men and Consigliere.

     To make money, you must spend money. This is one proof that everything has a prize. Since all mafiosi are businessman this everybody understand this. Give and take. Invest on a business or a skill that will give you a handsome profit. It is worthwhile.
