how to train ryouhei style (according to manga)

     First, you must schedule your work-out (every 3 days). Why 3 days? It is three days because your muscle need to regain or repair some muscles and become stronger. In  Eyeshield 21 it is called as Hyper Recovery but in KHR. Let me explain (it is not explain in KHR) the Eyeshield part of this stuff, in the series the Daemon Devilbats did the deathmarch (not an event in Philippine history) and the track is from New York to Las Vegas. There Hiruma explain and some part of it was by the Cyborgs (Amefuto HS team), that in is not needed to train hard just train smart. After a work-out your muscles need to rest for 3 days to recover its strength and increase its power.


     In KHR it is not explained, Colonello just lay on a rock for 2 days and on the third day he demonstrated it to Ryouhei. You can do weights training or do some boxing to build up your strength. Remember to exercise to exhaustion in every third day. . . . CIAO
