What a fine resolve that Kenshin
Himura says when Yahiko needed an advice on how to protect lives. He said this
thing to Yahiko to be a man amongst men. This words must be embedded in the
veins of the one who wants to protect other to the danger life brings forth to
us. With this kind of mind set Kenshi overcome all obstacle in the Manga.
It is not a self centered goal and a
very hard to keep. An Iron Will and Soft Heart is needed, that is lacking
today. If, everybody keep this statement in life everything will be peaceful
rather than to fight for an idea that is futile. A man must give all he has to
do this in order to save/protect whomsoever, even his own life. Self sacrifice
derived from love, and love alone.
From the eyes of many this is more a
fantasy than idea. They may say, “Who the hell should do that?” But in truth
this is not a crazy idea, it is a great idea. When violence appear a man who
has an iron will to protect the weak will be great. Greatness will be
synonymous for his deeds, the one who protect will live forever.
