On Walking

     I read a lot of article about walking so I think I would do one to promote it.

     Walking has many benefits for both the mind and the body. As you walk you can reflect on the thing that keeps bothering you, to be alone but not lonely or you can make plans for days to come. There are so many things that you can think of when you're walking while you're moving those feet. It promotes good circulation of blood in our body which is truly beneficial in our health.

     Walking is not expensive nor time consuming (15 minutes of walking is enough), actually you can see different things along the way, meditate and exercise all at once.

     I love to walk for the reason it relaxes me. I remember the days when I am pissed off. I walked for almost 3-4 kilometers just to meditate (a really nice defense mechanism) and it makes me feel good. When I was on the road I observed a lot of things and my though is wondering on the things I saw. Thing that were good and bad.

     I think it is one of the best solution in the shortage of fuel and in reducing our carbon footprints in the atmosphere. It is good when we do the thing that our Creator designed us to do.
